Lions Defeat Faithvsc09-5

Covenant opened up district play this afternoon, hosting Faith Christian at Palm Bay Regional Park.  Behind strong team play,  the Lions were able to come out with a 2-1 victory.

Jonathan Dixon and Reid Ferguson each scored a goal, and Ryne Ferguson added an assist to help Covenant improve to 3-0 on the season.  The Lions will not play next week, due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but will return to district play on December 1st, when they will travel to Orlando to take on First Academy.
