Lions Drop Match to Rams

The Varsity Bowling team traveled to John Carroll High School this afternoon and lost a tough match, 3-0.
The Lions were led by Michael Burks in game 1, who bowled a 144, but Mitch Maluski of John Carroll scored an impressive 246 to lead the Rams to an 810-520 victory.
Joseph Colon came out strong in game 2 with a 151, and Ben Buzzelli rolled a 145, but John Carroll had two scores over 200 to take the second game, 825-545.
The Lions improved their play in the final game as Chris Hebert (177) and Johnny Angiel (174) led the way. John Carroll was too much on this day though, and took the 3rd game, 764-621.
Covenant will next travel to Edgewater to take on the Eagles on October 26th.
